Who provides these courses?
The courses are sponsored by San Joaquin County and partner organizations such as WildFarmAlliance.
Are the courses available in Spanish?
Yes, some courses are available in Spanish (Español).
Course Access & Browsing
Do I need to create an account to view courses?
You can browse all courses without logging in. However, course materials are available to registered users only.
How can I view the details of a course?
Click on "Course Details" for the course you are interested in to access the content.
Where can I see my active courses?
All courses you have started appear under the "Courses" tab in your quiz history. You can click "Continue" for the in-progress courses.
Course Progress & Completion
Will my progress be saved if I leave a course?
Yes, logged-in users can save their progress and return later.
How do I know when I started a course?
The start date is listed next to each course in your history in the Courses tab.
Can I retake my completed courses?
Yes, you can retake your completed courses from the My Quiz History section, under the "Courses" tab by clicking the "Read Again" button. You can retake the exam if you failed to achieve the passing score, but you can't retake it once passed.
Can I take the exam for a course later on if I have completed all sections?
Yes, you can take the exam later by clicking the "Take Quiz" button under the "Courses" tab on the My Quiz History page.
Will I receive proof of completion?
Yes, upon finishing a course (and passing the final quiz) a certificate will be available.
Certificates & Reporting
Can I view the scores for my passed courses?
Yes, you can view the score on your passed courses from the "Completed" tab on the My Quiz History page, along with the dates when you passed the courses.
From where can I download my passed courses' certificates?
You can get your certificates from the Certificates or Past Certificates tab on your My Quiz History page.
When will my course credit be reported to my state?
Course completions are reported to State Agencies during the first week of each month from January through October. For November and December, reporting happens more frequently. Credits are submitted to the licensing agencies listed in the Credits section on each completed course page. If you have questions, please email [email protected] and include the course title and completion date in your message.
Getting Started
How do I register?
Click Register at the top right of the page. Be sure to complete all sections thoroughly and accurately, as missing information may prevent you from receiving CE credits.
How can I update my information?
After logging in, go to Account → My Profile. You'll find three tabs you can update: Account, Licenses, and Crops.
Navigation & Course Materials
How do I navigate within a course?
Each course offers two ways to navigate:
Menu bar: Located at the top left corner of the page, in the "Contents" section. You can only click links for sections where the waiting time is completed or currently active.
Navigation buttons: Use the "Next Lesson (>)", "Previous Lesson (<)", and "Next Section" buttons around the content area.
How can I access or download course materials?
Each course includes a menu bar located in the top left corner of the page. Click the menu to expand or hide it, then select the "Resources" tab. All documents shared by the course author will be available there for viewing or download.
Technology & Device Support
Is internet access required?
Yes. An internet connection is needed to access the courses. Since courses include various multimedia features, we recommend using a stable broadband or network connection for the best experience.
Can I take courses on my iPad or tablet?
Yes. Our platform is designed to work on all iPads and tablets. However, layouts, scrolling, and displays may vary slightly depending on your device.
Which browsers are supported?
Web browsers: We support the current and previous major releases of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft browsers (Edge and Internet Explorer). When a new version is released, support shifts to that version and the two most recent before it.
Mobile browsers: We support the current and previous versions of both Android and iOS browsers.
Can I take courses on my iPhone or smartphone?
Yes. Our platform is fully HTML5 compatible, so you can access and complete courses on your smartphone.
Do I need to be online at a specific time?
No. Our courses are available 24/7, so you can log in anytime—day or night—to take your course at your convenience.

If you experience audio problems, try the following:

- Update your browser or switch to a different one
- Verify your speaker or headphone connection
